Atomic Sports Media understands
that the road to becoming a professional journalist is not an easy one. Before
a potential journalist's articles appear on the front page of the New
York Times or their byline tops the cover story of Sports Illustrated, he or she
must get their foot in the door of this ultra-competitive industry.

Success in journalism requires a keen eye for news, a way
with words - particularly the written word - and a natural curiosity,
creativity and humor. But even potential journalists that possess ample amounts
of each of these crucial skills need a place to prove their worth. That's where
Atomic Sports Media can help!

Atomic Sports Media is one of the
hottest new sports sites
on the Web and we're always looking for the best and brightest young
writers to join our team of sports writers, giving them an opportunity
to cover
their favorite sports, write about their favorite players and, most
importantly, get their work seen by thousands of fans and potential
employers
worldwide.

In sports, it can be tough for a rookie to get a lot of
playing time to prove he belongs. The same is true for writers. But Atomic
Sports Media wants to get you off the bench and into the game.

With us, you'll report and write stories about your favorite
teams, players and events, at your leisure, and best of all, you'll get
published!

In less than a year, Atomic Sports Media has published
hundreds of articles from talented writers from all over the country. Over twenty well-known and well respected institutions of higher
learning, have partnered with ASM to offer this unique opportunity to their journalism students.
Currently ASM has a staff of twenty contributing writers, but we're
always looking for more. So if you're a talented and hungry journalist interested in
writing about sports, we want to hear from you.

Here are just some of the benefits afforded our contributing
writers:

1) Resume quality references.

2) A chance to win extra money and/or prizes through our monthly Writer's Contest.

3) Create a name for yourself on the Internet as
an established sports journalist. Use this experience to aid you in the future.
Experience is invaluable.

4) You
will receive full credit for your story and you will have the ability to
receive feedback from readers.

5) You
will get a free, personalized @atomicsportsmedia.com e-mail address.

6) You
will have the opportunity to collaborate and share ideas with other sports
columnists as you wish.

7) As a
columnist, you get freedom. We don't force you to write about one specific
topic; write about any appropriate topic you want.

In an
industry where very few people find jobs by simply sending out a resume,
journalists have to take advantage of every opportunity possible to get their
work seen. Here at Atomic Sports Media, we're excited to give that opportunity
to some of the best and brightest writers around and we're looking
forward to helping even more future sports writers their first shot at
greatness!

If this opportunity sounds too good to
pass up and you are interested in writing for Atomic Sports Media.com,
please send your inquiry via email to editor@atomicsportsmedia.com for consideration.
